Terms and Conditions

  • Payments to be made in U.S. funds
  • We reserve the right to meet competition.
  • Stock items may be returned for refund or credit with prior approval within 30 days of the shipping date. All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Returned goods without approval and an RA# will not be accepted.

Shipping

Most in-stock envelope products placed before 2PM CST ship same day unless otherwise advertised. We DO NOT Guarantee same day shipping. For custom manufactured items please call 913-522-2750 for current production schedule.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and Paypal. We can accept personal/company checks for Corporate Accounts with approved credit, Net 30 Day Terms. In some cases, credit card information may need to be retained as a backup method of payment even with approved credit. For a Credit Application contact customer service. If paying by Credit Card please ensure the billing address field contains the address that your credit card statement is mailed to.

Over/Under Runs

Your initial price estimate on custom orders will clearly state the over/under policy for that project. Most orders can be shipped to the exact quantity ordered.

Returns

Return freight + a 5 % restocking fee will be charged on all returned stock items. This fee will be waived if customer replaces stock with another item. Custom orders may not be canceled or returned for any reason. Re-prints of custom items are handled on a per case basis. Please call 913-522-2750 for further information or to arrange a return.

Sales Tax

Envelopespot.com does not collect sales tax on internet sales except for sales place in/ shipped to the state of Missouri. If your company is located in Missouri and you are tax exempt, please provide a copy of your certificate at the time your order is placed.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Orders placed online for stock items in the quantity listed include free ground freight to 1 location for deliveries in the Continental United States. Most stock items will ship via FedEx Ground, USPS, or UPS. For custom orders and larger quantity shipments, we use a freight carrier that is determined at the time your order is ready to to ship. If you have a dock at your facility please let us know. Inside delivery is not included on freight carrier shipments. Expedited Delivery Service – will incur additional charges.

Artwork requirements

If your art file is less than 5mb you may email or send a disc with your art. For larger files you may upload to our FTP site. For FTP address call 913-522-2750. An electronic proof is sent to you at no cost. If you require hard proofs please let us know prior to placing your order for additional cost.

Administration Website Security

  • Envelopespot.com provides customers with a secure ordering process using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology. All of your personal and payment information is encrypted and transferred via a secure server.
  • Contact Information – Customer information is for internal use only. Envelopespot.com will not sell or release information unless otherwise notified in writing by a customer.
  • Canadian Customers – Must supply brokerage information. Canadian orders totaling $3000.00 or more, one delivery – one destination will be F.O.B. destination. Orders less than $3000.00 will have all shipping charges listed separately
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign countries other than Canada will b F.O.B. our manufacturing plant. Ask for freight cost before placing your order.
